  1. Food for thought - "After I came out of the closet, I learned many lessons about life. I’ll share two," She writes The first thing I learned is that I’m on my own. It took me a while to realize this because I kept expecting and waiting on family and friends to show support, give approval, and accept me. Very few did. The others remained silent. And they’re still silent till today because neither has bothered to break the silence. The second lesson is that nobody owes me anything. There’s a tendency to feel entitled to peoples love, acceptance, and financial resources based on their supposed role in our lives...mother, father, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, cousin, niece, bestie, friend, etc. Nothing could be more false. You’re not entitled to anything. You want something, work hard for it. Bear the consequences. The sooner I started to feel less entitled, the happier I became. I engaged with those that wanted to engage, laughed with those that wanted to laugh. If I was in need, I asked. If I got, I appreciated. If I didn’t, no hard feelings. Life continued. That’s how I live my life even now and I’m getting better at it. So, instead of feeling like people owe you anything, work hard on your own and be grateful for life helpers you meet along the way. Good morning. Source

  3. There’s a video currently trending on social media and it has caused quite the reaction from a lot of people. In the video, an overweight woman lies on the floor while some pastors are gathered around her, praying for “that spirit that reduces weight” to help the woman lose weight. Makeup artist turned fitness instructor Segun Gele posted the video on Instagram and wrote that “This right here is mockery in a place of worship and I think these pastors are pushing it too far”. On-Air personality Freeze also adds his two cents. He says: What a league of morons!!!–Only in Nigeria would these world class cretins pray for what healthy living, gym registration and dieting can solve.–Although God is very real, religion is nothing but an illusion, created by the oppressed to subdue the harshness of their reality!–To call for the abolition of the illusion necessitates creating conditions that don’t require the illusions.–Ever wondered what the correlation between religion and poverty is? The poorer a nation, the more the requirement for religion to create that illusion that acts as an escape from the reality of the situation of the oppressed.–Why on earth will a clown offer you an apron to protect you from attacks, while they themselves have bullet proof cars and armed body guards to protect them from those same attacks?–Some people thrive from ensuring these illusions are kept alive, thus are at the epicenter of the problem itself.–Remove those making a living off the illusion (Yahoo boy Pastors) and those creating the conditions that require the illusions (corrupt politicians) and our society will heal itself like magic, in no time.–The failure to act now, is extremely perilous! ~FRZ The YouTube page is the official page for a Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministries (CMDM) in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. Falling in Love

If you had magical powers to make someone fall in love with you, would you? Why?
  6. There will be times that we are powerless when we face evil, injustice and tyranny but there must never be a time when we fail to protest. This man Buhari is a cancer that keeps growing and the only proper thing to do is to cut it out. Some say that the path of uncompromising and relentless opposition that we have chosen is a dangerous and unpredictable one. They forget that the wounds of honor are self-inflicted. If you want to be set apart and regarded as a man of courage, truth and honor, the champion of the oppressed and the voice of the voiceless you must be ready to take the blows, wounds and dire consequences that go with it. William Shakespeare wrote "cowards die many times before their time but the valiant die but once" whilst Wole Soyinka wrote "the man died in him who remained silent in the face of tyranny". To top it all one of the most courageous souls of the 21st century, Edward Snowden, who is the American spy that defected to Russia two years ago, wrote "speak not because it is safe but because it is right". Some of us have chosen to be valiant and have refused to remain silent. We made a choice to stand up and resist the chicanery and wickedness of this administration and we are prepared to pay the price for the choice that we have made. I for one would rather live a short life and die as a free man than live a long life as a slave. The Bible says "he who holds on to his life will lose it and he who is ready to give up his life for my cause will gain it". I do not fear any man or any circumstance because I know the God that I serve. I am a servant of truth, a warrior of light and a child of the Living God: I bow to no man and I do not tremble before tyrants. I will endure anything and pay any price to liberate my nation and deliver my people from the chains of perfidy, ignorance and oppression and from the tyranny, evil, manifest corruption and double standards of the Buhari administration. 8. You take a slice of bread. Cut the inside soft bread out and pour in the omelette mix. One egg makes omelette for 2 toasts. For bigger families, simply use more eggs and toppings. It's a great breakfast omelette idea. It's easy to make yet it looks and tastes delicious.
  9. A Nigerian researcher, Kehinde Okanlawon, has released an article in an academic journal which includes interviews with 14 gay and lesbian Nigerian University students, as well as analyzed secondary data sources about the experiences of LGBT students in some Nigerian schools. The report, titled “Homophobic bullying in Nigerian schools: The experiences of LGBT university students,” was based on interviews with 14 gay and lesbian students of a Nigerian university as well as other experiences of Nigerian LGBT students compiled from diverse secondary data sources. In the interviews, the students said that the constant bullying that they received from fellow students was inevitable and that accepting it was preferable to complaining to school authorities, who would then suspend them or expel them for homosexuality. The students said: Verbal abuse is common. Fellow students openly call them names on campus such as “homo,” “faggot,” “lesbo,” “woman,” and “gay lord.” It is common for gay students to face harsh condemnation from Nigerian school authorities, who often justified their homophobia by claiming that morality motivated their actions. Among the other examples of discrimination based on sexual orientation found in secondary data sources from other Nigerian universities are: A final-year student of Covenant University was expelled for committing lesbianism. A gay student was almost deprived of his certificate by the university despite his academic excellence. “He was on the disciplinary committee twice because he is gay. The disciplinary committee acknowledged that he graduated with a good grade but said that he didn’t have the morals required for a student who ought to be a good ambassador of the university. Fortunately, with the intervention of family and friends, he was eventually given his certificate.” Heterosexual students blackmail and extort money from LGBT students, taking advantage of the fact that certain sex acts associated with homosexuality have been criminalized. Sometimes heterosexual students try out other students who are gay/ lesbian by approaching them sexually just to get them to admit that they are gay. Violence sometimes occurs when certain gay or lesbian students approach other students whom they think are gay or lesbian. But things have not all been bad. A few of the gay and lesbian students who responded to the survey mentioned positive experiences, such as being defended by tolerant students and lecturers who consider homophobic bullying to be unjust. In conclusion of the study, Okanlawon argues that homophobic bullying in Nigerian schools impedes educational rights of LGBT students and contradicts the African Ubuntu which calls for compassion, solidarity, and respect for human dignity. Given these reasons, he recommends that appropriate policies be put in place to punish perpetrators of homophobic bullying in schools. Additionally, Okanlawon suggests that Nigerian schools incorporate anti-homophobic bullying policies into gender-based anti-bullying/anti-harassment-related policies in Nigerian schools in order to ensure respect for diversity. Besides, Okanlawon acknowledged that in order to address the issue of homophobic bullying in schools and homophobia in the larger society, many Nigerians and other Africans need to decolonize their minds so as to build an inclusive society with our own rules, where tolerance, solidarity, and empathy for one another can thrive as opposed to a society where we are psychologically colonized by the ideology of U.S Evangelicals and antiquated colonial legacies of homophobia. Finally, he recommended that Nigerians challenge the colonial legacies such as heterosexist and homophobic legacies which cause division and hatred among Nigerians today. Okanlawon noted that the belief that homosexuality is un-African is a fallacy. Actually, Okanlawon stated, it is homophobic bullying that is un-African. Historically, before colonization, Africans have been historically tolerant of diverse forms of sexual and gender diversity. In the research, Okanlawon argues for culturally relevant knowledge and approaches using locally meaningful values and terminologies in proposing solutions to the problem of homophobic bullying in Nigerian schools and homophobia in the larger society. Nigeria became the first African country to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia, after they beat Zambia 1-0 at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom state capital. The first half of the encounter ended goalless, with the Chipolopolo the better side, troubling the Super Eagles with their pace in attack. However, in the second half, the game swung the hosts’ way, after Gernot Rohr introduced Arsenal’s Alex Iwobi for Simon Moses. Iwobi finished off a fine move down the right, following nice combination play between Victor Moses and Shehu Abdullahi. Nigeria now have 13 points at the top of Group and an unassailable six-point lead ahead of Zambia, with one round of games left. They join other countries like Brazil, Spain, Mexico, England, Germany, Iran, South Korea, etc. who have also booked their places at next year’s tournament. Source
  11. Get those nail clippers out NOW. 1. Use your intuition I know you're thinking,"OMFG, how will I know what to do?" And that's normal. If you've had male sexual partners that may help inform a fair bit of what you do, but it still might feel strange to be giving what you have previously received. The good news is that although tips and tricks are handy, sex is still largely intuitive whatever genders it's between. You might find you surprise yourself... 2. Communicate Your virgin voyage to the Sapphic Isles needn't come without a personalised map – or, you know, a super-hot Sat Nav with the voice of Marilyn Monroe, if you're lucky. You don't have to arrange a pre-coital business meeting with pointing sticks and blow-up dolls, but once you've brushed up on some girl-on-girl sex tips, simply talking dirty prior to the act is a great way to establish what you both do and don't want to try with each other. During the act? Never be afraid to say you've changed your mind about something – and always listen carefully to what she says too. Trusting your instincts, and each other, is a crucial part of enjoyable sex. 3. Masturbate for practice Girls have the same bits, yay – so what better way to practice? If you're a regular masturbator, great. If not, perhaps now is the time to learn more about it.Don't freak out if it doesn't work for you – solo sex isn't for everyone. Another good way to learn more about vulvas is by putting a mirror between your legs and having a good look. Women's vulvas vary in appearance (so don't be shocked if hers doesn't look much like yours at all) but delve a little deeper and you'll find the important bits are generally in a similar area. 4. Think about boobs I will never forget the first time I had a pair of boobs that weren't my own to play with. My mind went totally blank and I sort of flapped my hands excitedly at them. It wasn't my best sexual performance. Some women don't like having their breasts touched at all. If that's you or your partner, that's cool. But if breast play is on the agenda then, as a general guide, start gentle – some women's boobs are more sensitive than others. Cup them delicately, trace them lightly with your fingers, kiss them softly... Try not to grab. If all is going well, then try licking her nipples, using circular movements interspersed with sucking (not too hard). 5. Figure out the fingering Get those nail clippers out NOW. See those "lesbians" in porn films? I'm pretty sure 90% of their million-decibel screams and moans are because their co-star has snagged a crimson talon somewhere the sun don't shine. Clitoral stimulation is how most women achieve orgasm, but each woman is different: some women enjoy very fast friction directly to the clitoris, for instance, while others enjoy slow rubbing on the outer lips. Don't be put off if you have to go through a bit of trial and error with a new partner. Checked she's OK with penetration? Ready to go in? Start with one finger and build up – shoving four in at once, unless specifically asked to, can be considered bad form. You also need to make sure you keep an eye on what your other digits are doing – thumbs digging into thighs spoil the mood. Build speed up slowly. G-spot stimulation sends some women wild, others are indifferent, and still others actively dislike the sensation of having it touched. "OK," I hear you cry, "but where the hell is it?" If you put your own finger inside you and hook it up as if you were beckoning someone, you will feel a spongy bit. It's easier for some women than it is for others to find it, so persevere. Wiggle your finger(s) on it and see what happens... If you'd rather use a toy to stimulate her G-spot (and clitoris at the same time if you're feeling really generous), Ann Summers' Moregasm rabbit is such a good place to start. The super soft silicone moulds to the contours of your vagina and it feels incredible. 6. Giving oral This seems to be the bit that scares first-time lady-lovers the most. It's also the hardest aspect of girl-on-girl sex to give clear, one-size-fits-all advice on – sorry ladies! Again, starting slowly is a good plan. Gently part her outer labia and lick up from the entrance to the clitoris (this has the added benefit of giving you chance to find the clit if you are having trouble – some girls wear 'em buried deep!). Lick up and down the labia themselves. Focus on the clit and licking round it, using your wonderful friend Ms Circular Motion. Vary the pressure. Inserting a finger at the same time adds an extra frisson for some. Trial and error, trial and error. 7. Humping Check out point 10 to discover that there are myriad ways of doing this (hurrah!). For a simple starter, try it with one of you lying down and the other straddling her, placing one another's thigh in one another's crotch. You might feel a bit clumsy at first but you'll soon you should find you fit together and get into the rhythm of it. 8. Maybe get accessories involved Statistically, you are far less likely to catch anything from another woman than you are from a man. However, it is still possible. Lesbian sex can transfer bacterial vaginosis, herpes, HPV and, more rarely, trichomoniasis and hepatitis. For safer oral sex, little squares of latex called dental dams can be placed over your genitals. Handy hint: a slit open condom works just as well. For responsible fingering, grab yourself some latex gloves. You can get some awesome flavoured dental dams which taste great while keeping you protected, what's not to love? Pasante do a great selection of flavours including... chocolate. I know right?! Other kit? Well that's for discussion between the two of you. Personally I'd advise keeping this for later – things will be nerve racking enough as it is if you've never slept with a woman before! As ever, remember that some women don't like being penetrated – never assume anything. Use toys with condoms and/or wash them between uses to prevent spreading anything. 9. What about orgasms? As you are no doubt aware, women generally take longer than men to orgasm and some find it hard to manage at all. So don't despair if you've already come and she's still nowhere near the finishing line, or vice versa. I can never emphasise enough that an orgasm is not the be all and end all of a satisfying sexual experience – and of course the less you stress, the more likely it is you'll manage it in the future. 10. Next steps... Got the hang of all that and want to try something more adventurous? Source
  12. You probably know that you should take care when using an Automated Teller Machine, but how can you know for sure that the device has been compromised – and what should you do upon realising this? The ATMs in the wall of banks, hotels, supermarkets, shopping malls, bus stops and other locations contain a lot of money. Attempting to remove the money by force will result in the notes being dyed, becoming easy to trace alongside the perpetrators, according to www.makeuseof.com This has more or less ended the practice of physical brute force attacks on the ATMs, as well as attempts to steal the whole devices (a practice common in the past using four-wheel drive trucks with winches or heavy-duty tow bars). Instead, thieves have opened a new line of attack: through you. There are three distinct types of the ATM crime. The first is when someone waits for you to withdraw cash and then steals it from you. The second occurs when a victim is forced under duress to make a withdrawal and hand it over to the criminal. Third is the mode by which your PIN is observed and your card stolen. The vast majority of the ATM crime is based on a digital variant of this third method. This way there is no physical crime and those plotting the fraud can remain comparatively anonymous, largely avoiding recognition in person or by camera. They visit the scene of the crime just a couple of times to install and later remove the hardware modifications they have made to the ATM. These modifications can leave you penniless. Using ATM safely Increasingly concerned about their customers’ use of ATMs, over the past few years banks have begun to take the issue of the ATM crime seriously. Before we look at how you can spot a cash point or hole-in-the-wall that has been modified by criminals, let us take a look at how you can use these devices safely. According to www.makeuseof.com, the first thing to do is avoid using an ATM, wherever possible. If the option to queue at the bank and take money out of your account over the counter is available, you should take it. Opting for cash-back in your supermarket is another alternative. If you must use an ATM, ensure that there are no obvious modifications. Next, look around you to check that no one is too close – ask him or her to step back if too close. When inputting your PIN, ensure your spare hand is covering the number you enter – you don’t want anyone else to know it, do you? Make sure you quickly remove your card and put it away safely and securely; repeat for your withdrawal, then take one more look around you before you move away from the machine to a safe area, before continuing upon your business. Finally, assume that any ATM or automated card payment machine can be compromised. Several card payment devices in petrol pumps have been compromised over the past few months and the possibility that scammers could modify other similar devices (such as self-service payment aisles in supermarkets) should not be overlooked. What does a compromised ATM look like? Identifying an ATM that has been modified is not easy. Scammers use fake card readers, fake keyboards and even cameras, styled to look like the originals that they cleverly fit over the top of. Close inspection of a compromised ATM should reveal one of the following, however: Fake keyboard – this sits over the original, and features keylogging software that records every PIN. As the PIN is entered, each key press will push down on the original keys below, leaving the user none the wiser. Fake card reader – these have developed considerably over the past few months. Miniaturisation has resulted in skimmer devices that sit inside the original card reader, whereas previously they might have sat on top. Recently new and some older ATMs have been fitted with “anti-skimmer” devices that purport to prevent skimmers from being fitted (pictured above). Cameras – not to be confused with the ATM’s built-in camera, which is intended to record your face rather than your PIN. These are used as an alternative to the fake keyboard, but will be positioned so that the PIN can be recorded. Any part of the ATM that seems slightly too big is a potential home for a hidden camera, whose presence will often be betrayed by a small hole. Meanwhile, a machine that has been hacked, but in a state of unreadiness, might be displaying the operating system boot screen or desktop (or even the warning message displayed below), often Windows XP or its embedded alternative. Naturally you should avoid any machine that does not display the standard graphics for inserting your card, although bear in mind that ATMs running Windows XP continue to be a threat until they are upgraded to a later version. What to do if you find a dodgy ATM If you find an ATM that you believe has been compromised, there are two things you should do. The first is to inform the owner straight away. This might mean popping into the bank or business that owns or rents the device and reporting the incident, or making a phone call to their ATM security team. You should also take to your social networking account to report the ATM to your friends in the area. Better still if there is a local news group in operation, share it here too. The more people that know about the scam, the less chance anyone has of being taken in by it. You might also consider leaving a note on the device informing other potential users of your discovery.
  13. The Federal Ministry of Health has advised Nigerians to desist from eating monkeys, bush meat and dead animals as doing so could make one susceptible to the Monkeypox Disease. The Minister of Health, Prof. Isaac Adewole, said this in a statement signed by the Director, Media and Public Relations at the ministry, Mrs. Boade Akinola, on Thursday. Adewole said the disease neither had a cure nor a vaccine. He, however, said there was no cause for alarm as it was mild. The statement read in part, “He said that the virus was mild and there was no known treatment and no preventive vaccines hence the public should be at alert and avoid crowded places as much as possible “He advised the public to avoid eating dead animals, bush meat and particularly bush monkeys.” The minister also revealed that test samples had been sent to the World Health Organisation in Senegal but the result was not yet out. The statement added, “Prof. Adewole said although Monkeypox could not be confirmed until laboratory investigations by WHO referral laboratory in Dakar, Senegal, he noted that Monkeypox was milder and had no record of mortality. “The symptoms include headache, fever, back pains and in advanced cases, rashes bigger than those caused by chicken pox. He said the disease was a viral illness by a group of viruses that included chickenpox and smallpox. “Investigation is still ongoing and our partners are working with us on this reported outbreak’ while the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control team in Bayelsa State would give support,” the statement said. According to a statement on Thursday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, the President had presented Ahmad to the Senate for confirmation. 21. Lesbian oral sex is, by far, one of the mind-blowing sexual intercourses between two women. So we’re a little surprised when some lesbians ask us how we do it. We thought it comes with the package once a lesbian is born. To those asking, here are some tips on how to do lesbian oral sex. Lesbian Oral Sex Tip #1: Foreplay Lesbian oral sex isn’t foreplay as some people think it is. It’s an entire intercourse altogether that can make your partner reach orgasm again and again. So when going down on your woman, do a little foreplay. Nothing helps a successful lesbian oral sex than an already wet, swollen, raging vagina. For foreplay, you can do kissing, or mashing of breasts or even fingering lightly just to let her feel you’ll be going there soon. Lesbian Oral Sex Tip #2: Lick Everything When doing lesbian oral sex, you don’t just focus on the clitoris. Your tongue should be exploring everything, from the inner thighs to the labia to the vulva. We know the clitoris is where she will get her orgasm, but to make it mind-blowingly good, you have to lick the other parts as well before you get to the good stuff. If you remember those lollipops with gum inside them, that’s your strategy with the gum as the orgasm. Everything has to be consumed because all these are part of the experience. Lesbian Oral Sex Tip #3: Tell Her How Beautiful She Is There are a lot of women who are still conservative when it comes to sex. Lesbian oral sex is the last thing these sex-shy women would do. As a woman, you know how awkward it can be with your legs stretched wide open and your partner seeing your hoo-hoo in all its glory (when you, yourself, haven’t even seen it.) Some are embarrassed how vaginas can smell and taste weird. So use affirming words to assure her. Tell her how beautiful she is from that angle, how heavenly you feel being down there. Words have power, and making love isn’t any different. Lesbian Oral Sex Tip #4: Reading Her Responses Some people don’t do lesbian oral sex because they think they don’t know how. But how hard is it when there is instant gratification? You will know you’re doing it right by her responses. Trust us. The first sign that she likes it is when she starts pressing on your lips. This isn’t to help you, this is a natural reaction that she wants this to go on. The second sign is if she starts getting wet, or if she already was, she gets wetter. The wetness of her vagina has more oily feel than saliva, so when it’s easier to slide around, that’s your clue. Third, she starts moaning mixed with a rapid breathing and she’s humping your face already. That’s not even arousal anymore but she’s nearing climax. Lesbian Oral Sex Tip #5: These Are Just Tips Making love is the one thing you can never teach another person, not unless you’re guiding her as you’re doing it. Like snowflakes, there are no identical ways to make a woman orgasm. Everyone is different. So while we can give you all the tips in the world, only by exploring your partner will you know how to properly do it. This is also why we encourage to stick to one partner because there’s so much to explore in one woman. Source
  22. Relationships are the same, that’s true, but there some differences between straight and lesbian relationships. On one hand, there are fun things about being in a lesbian relationship. On the other hand, we’re also sure there are pluses on the other side of the team. It’s not that we’re comparing ourselves, but there are still people out there wondering how these two are different. Let’s enlighten those who don’t know how lesbian relationships are different from the straight ones. Straight And Lesbian Relationships Difference #1: Celebrity Status We’re serious about this. When two women walk into a restaurant and have a nice quiet dinner, the whole place stops to take a look at us. This is especially more intense when said two women walk in hand in hand. Who else do you know can stop activity like that– except celebrities? Okay, seriously now, we do get a lot more attention than straight couples. If in the past these are more on the negative side, this time people are cheering us on for being out and proud. So there. That’s a celebrity status in a way. Straight And Lesbian Relationships Difference #2: Periodic Table When you’re in a straight relationship, this means only one of you has their menstrual periods. This also means at least three days in a month, you can’t have sex unless you want it all bloody. With lesbian relationships, two people have their periods and sometimes they don’t happen at the same time. Ergo, in a lesbian relationship there are at least six days of no sexual contact. It’s a good thing then sometimes we like to just cuddle, especially when we’re feeling hormonal. Straight And Lesbian Relationships Difference #3: One Night Stands When they said that women are from Venus, what they meant was while men have a tendency to have sex on the brain, women are more inclined towards intimacy. More women would prefer to have sex when the objective is long term. So in a straight relationship, there is one partner who would want to have sex with you, period. In a lesbian relationship, on the other hand, there are more chances that both partners would want to get to know each other better before going to bed together. No surprise here that one-night stands in a lesbian relationship have a tendency to turn into relationships. Straight And Lesbian Relationships Difference #4: Birth Control Lesbian relationships have a higher savings on their account. Why? We don’t need a budget for birth control pills and condoms. What for when we have no use for them. At all. Wonderful, isn’t it? Straight And Lesbian Relationship Difference #5: Pregnancies Because of the above, we don’t have to deal with unwanted pregnancies and indulge in abortion. Not unless we woke up one day and same-sex relations can now produce babies. Of course, this is a news feature and not a science fiction literature. There’s no chance of that ever happening. So, truth be told, lesbian relationships are the ultimate pro-life, pro-choice unions. We have a choice not to have children, and we have a choice to adopt instead. What makes us all the same? We’re all people and we all have the right to love whom we love. Source
