FlyJ posted a topic in Latest News and Gist
''Being #gay is an honor and a beautiful life #jesus never condemn gay people in the new testament so if you a good christian you wont too or can a servant be greater than his master. Criticize your G.O for having private jet when millions of his #church members are poor and unemployed, criticize them for collecting tithe during covid19'' Source- 7 replies

The last few days have made me question whether or not creaming up to get a lighter tone comes down to preference or to esteem issues. I'm sure everyone who has made an effort to get lighter has voted for it being their preference but... if one digs further to the root cause and discovers the why behind the preference, one quickly realizes the depth and layers of interwoven issues that point to a certain dissatisfaction with one's own self image. Who decides for you what beautiful ought to look like? #Foodforthought 📿

Well... This is a sort of a funny story. For one, I don't buy things off the street when I'm in transit. Never liked it. I look at it from a security risk perspective. Moving on... So the other day, these guy kept stalking me with plantain chips and then winking as part of his attempt at getting me to buy. Lol. Then I lost it. Lool. Well... I started frowning. That was my response back to him. ...then of course, after driving some few hundreds of meters and tracing back what really about the situation got me upset, I realized that I had sort of convinced myself that the only reason why he persisted was because I was female along with the stereotype associated with women, eating and impulsive buying. Lool. One of these days, I'll start up a list of items you can buy while on the road. It is amazing. God bless their hustle... ✊🏾

No one kmows what it holds but everyone can hope and dream and you know what? Dreams do come true. Just a few hours more and it is here. I'll be here somewhere but for now, happy clock watching. Lol 📿🥂

I'm some 40 minutes early but what does it matter. Lol. Christmas isn't much about what is happening around us. The Christmas feeling lies within our hearts. As you all celebrate with loved ones, think not just of yourselves but of how we can collectively make Nigeria great again! Hahahahaha. I honestly hadn't planned the words in bold but it does look good on white. From the chapel with love, Ho Ho Ho to one and to all.... 📿

I must be the last person standing who is yet to conclude her Christmas gifts shopping. Tomorrow is another day. Lol. Funny how I prioritized shopping for myself instead. Lol. I've been such a wonderful gift to all around me all year. If it comes to it I'll tie a red bow on my self and sashay away. Hahahahahahaha

It's that week of the year! The traffic this time of year is usually epic and I'm sort of preparing myself for the week. Although some say the traffic has been terrible for a while now. There's just this build-up up until the 24th thereabouts before Lagos gets quiet. I'm not sure if people would be travelling this time around. It has been a perculiar year. So brace yourselves and check your google maps before you dare embark on any journey this week. Lol.

Hello ladies, I do hope that you have at the very least gone for the biometrics before now. I was practically devastated when I punched in the USSD code only to get a mesage back that my data wasn't on the database. Lol. I was weak. Lol. I imagined having to be at the NIMC enrolment centre for 7am on Monday. I imagined having to go through the horror of queing up and being in the same space with hundreds of others trying to get theirs as well. I had planned that I'll be there for Monday and to keep going back till I got it sorted. As a matter of fact, I was determined to get it out of the way before the end of the week. *Drum roll* lool. Then I spoke to someone who made me realize that as long as I have my slip even though I haven't completed the process or even gotten a card, then my NIN would be on that slip! Eureka! Lol That was indeed a beautiful truth. I had gone for capturing in 2015 but never bothered to complete the process. Don't ask me why. Don't judge. Lol. So, yes. I have the NIN. Thankfully. I do hope that I haven't spoken too soon. Lol. The dreaded queues. If you haven't gotten the NIN, sort it out sooner rather than later alright? Cheers to you all 🥂

Hello Ladies... So the Christmas is finally upon us. In a few days it would be Christmas and I'm not sure about you but I'm looking forward to it. The season gets more expensive each year. Lol with new additions to the family and growing tastes of my lovely high maintenance nephews. Lol. Just wanted to spread some cheer but more importantly, I wanted to remind you all to stay safe. COVID is lurking around, you better watch out; 'cause I'm telling you now... Lol. You wanna know how serious it is? Well... this time of year, I'm typically attending a musical when I'm in town but not this time around. Wisdom is profitable to direct. It doesn't make any sense to risk it. I tell you what, if I can prioritize my health and safety over a BAP musical, then anyone can. Lol. From me, Compliments of the Season to you all 📿

Hello Ladies. I wonder if you girls are back to attending Sunday services or you've gotten used to streaming services online. The thought underlying this topic pretty much just dropped in my mind and while it is something we probably all know, I thought to share all the same. Lol. The law of averages hold very true. YOU are the average of the people you surround yourself with. What I have realized is that there is a lot happening out there. There are tons of opportunities one can leverage amd there is free help out there in terms of financing etc. You just need to know where to look or who to ask. You just need to have a network of serious minded indivduals whose collective network you can tap into. It is of no use being a champion of mediocres or being the smartest in your circle because, if you aren't constantly challenging yourself then soon enough, you too will be left behind. Why not take stock of your friendship list and see what is missing? Is your team solid or do you girls just sit around and talk about TV shows, food, girls, sex and social media gist. Remember, there is a world of young people in Nigeria breaking barriers and doing remarkable things. Who says that can't be you? Show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are! 📿

The youth have awoken from their slumber and it is a pleasing sight to behold. In the past few days, I've heard tale after tale of people's experiences with these "officers of the law". It is frightful to say the least. It is disheartening. Are you activiely protesting or are you lending your voice or resources in other ways? Keep us updated and please Stay Safe

Hi Girls... So! Lol. On whatsapp and several others, there is a mechanism that allows readers know if their messages have been read or not. Some deactivate this feature. What is your preference and why.

Loooool. I stumbled on this lady's videos on youtube and now, each time I see another episode on my feeds, I watch it. Lol. Her name is Iveoma. Perhaps you've heard about her as well. You must totally check out her ibeju-lekki video as well and the Nigerian men one too. I laughed some and laughed some more. Lool. She's a good story teller for sure!

You know the feeling of craving something, finally having it and it not satisfying your taste buds? It's an annoying feeling. Yup Well.... just finished my meal off with sneakers and ribena because 'main food' didn't achieve its purpose. Lol. Now I'm very full and upset that I am very full. Hahahahaha. Oh well... tomorrow is another day.

For a while now, I've found cartoons easier on the mind -as they should be. I've finished watching Carebears and Cousins. Lol. A number of 7+ and the list goes on. Adult tv seems a little bit much for me right now. I end my day with a few episodes. Lol. It helps.. Try it some time.

Hello ladies, Is it just me or does anyone else dislike being called with an unknown number?

I was wondering about this the other day and wondered if people would go to the movies in a hurry -once restrictions are lifted. I've never been a cinema girl and so their re-opening changes nothing for me. What about you? Would you go see a movie in a hurry?

Women crying in the office annoys me. Lol. It's manipulative, attention seeking and absolutely uncalled for. I don't quite like it when women present themselves in that light; thereby reducing their chances of being considered as emotionally balanced for certain roles. Why the tears though and must it be done in public if at all? Cry when you get home for crying out loud. Lol I honestly feel that young girls need to learn this early enough. You would be judged and ranked below your male colleagues on the emotional stability scale when you display waterworks. Sighs...
