Administrators FlyJ Posted May 16, 2015 Administrators Share Posted May 16, 2015 You should drink at least three 8 oz glasses per day, they say the longer it sits, the better it tastes. You can eat them as well but they are intended as flavoring and still work, so that is a personal choice. The Vitamin C turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber makes you feel full. Try it for 10 days and see what you think!

Calllaris
This is good. Vitamin C in the fruits, to boost metabolism Grapefruit etc lowers insulin levels in the body. Which in turn prevents the body from storing as much sugar as fat, and helps curb appetite, Daily fruits and water blend can also: - help you detox especially if you take alcohol! - keep your body and skin natural and hydrate. - keep your organs in their best possible health
