Yeah, I was a bit red in the face, cos I felt a bit like I was being made out as someone who was hiding her status. (Which I found strange, since I've posted quite openly about being married/recently separated in this forum). And then a couple of people seemed put off by me saying I wanted to date outside my circle... Which completely stumped me. But i left it because I've been known to misunderstand other people, so it's possible for others to also misunderstand me.
