Sighs...
I was doing well for the first two days and then I ran out of food combo ideas. Lol. Not only that, I got tired of making my own food from scratch. Lol.
I'm on this journey of trying to eat "cleaner"... it feels fabulous when you do but it's a bit of work. For example, I only eat plant based meals. My proteins are also derived from plants etc... I've taken rice, pasta and bread out. I struggle with that bread part sha. Lol.
Well... I'll try again this week even if my diet comprises a blend of beans (in its various forms), sweet/irish potatoes, yam, veggies and of course, good ol' oats.
Maybe we should all give this a go? You'll thank me later. Lol. It would be nice to have some company... makes my journey easier. Don't be self centered!
