Am I getting old or Christmas is just boring to me? Even on crossover nights, I cross my legs across my stool and fix my eyes on my TV and a cup and glass of wine beside me. Life goes on. It's the first Christmas without my mum.. I am not looking forward to it, matter of fact I dread it. I wish I could just go somewhere and hide, and come out on the 2nd of January. Usually I travel to the village, buy lots of fireworks aka banger and disturb the neighborhood. Its fun in the village, I meet up with friends and family. Gossip, feel fly and all that. Usually there are carnivals happening and lots of music events and beauty pageants. I am friends with them artiste feeling fly and I get the village VIP treatment. lool. Rock climbing too. Prior to this, I don't acknowledge Christmas. All I know is the year has come to and end and it's that time of the year when I get to enjoy lots of rice and chicken from my neighbors.
