I've been very fortunate and corporate Nigeria has been really good to me. For the LDR, I'll have enough as well as the flexibility to visit often. She's a boss chic herself, I see her doing the same. lol. With me, the reason why it was never an option was because of the odds. It is way easier (in my opinion) to rise up the corporate ladder here and you stand a better chance at making the board here than if abroad (as a person of colour). Correct me if I'm wrong.
