Moderators kimi Posted December 19, 2020 Moderators Share Posted December 19, 2020 Hello ladies, I do hope that you have at the very least gone for the biometrics before now. I was practically devastated when I punched in the USSD code only to get a mesage back that my data wasn't on the database. Lol. I was weak. Lol. I imagined having to be at the NIMC enrolment centre for 7am on Monday. I imagined having to go through the horror of queing up and being in the same space with hundreds of others trying to get theirs as well. I had planned that I'll be there for Monday and to keep going back till I got it sorted. As a matter of fact, I was determined to get it out of the way before the end of the week. *Drum roll* lool. Then I spoke to someone who made me realize that as long as I have my slip even though I haven't completed the process or even gotten a card, then my NIN would be on that slip! Eureka! Lol That was indeed a beautiful truth. I had gone for capturing in 2015 but never bothered to complete the process. Don't ask me why. Don't judge. Lol. So, yes. I have the NIN. Thankfully. I do hope that I haven't spoken too soon. Lol. The dreaded queues. If you haven't gotten the NIN, sort it out sooner rather than later alright? Cheers to you all 🥂
