They're likely just concerned and think they're helping. Being in Nigeria, it might be helpful to have female friends around, even if it's just for appearances, to ease the pressure. It is tough being gay and Nigerian, so I understand your situation. It's okay to set boundaries with your family regarding your personal life, including your relationships and marriage. You have the right to decide when and whom you want to marry. Politely but firmly assert your stance on not being pressured into a relationship or marriage that doesn't align with who you are.
