In a new video on FCKH8.com, a group of feminists band together to make a powerful statement against using the picture-editing tool to change the way women look, arguing that ‘real women’ are all different – and that’s totally OK. Titled Feminists vs. Photoshop, the clip spotlights six women who shed their clothes while listing all the things ‘real women’ can be – which is just about anything and everything. All of them, different but beautiful, strip down to their underwear, while listing all the things the women can be: “Real women can have wrinkles!” “Real women can have curves!” “Real women can have muscles!” “Real women can be skinny, big-breasted, and flat-chested. Real women can be whatever the f*** they are!” Each of the passionate speeches end with the woman giving the camera the middle finger and saying: “Photoshop this.” FCKH8 describe themselves as “a for-profit T-shirt company with an activist heart and a passionate social change mission: arming thousands of people with pro-LGBT equality, anti-racism and anti-sexism T-shirts that act as ‘mini-billboards’ for change.”
