Sabi? What does this mean na wa?

sabi means 'know' or to be in the know.

So if i say you sabi, i am saying 'You know'

Little pidgin 101 for you:

1)Na wa- its an exclamation.often used when you are short of words. Just like saying 'boy! , mahn, gosh! Depending on the context.

Eg:

Michelle:My plant just died.

Txunamy:Na wa

2)Wetin- it means what. It often precedes a question. E.g, wetin dey worry you? (what's wrong with you)

Wetin you dey do? (what are you doing)

Wetin you dey chop?(what are you eating)

If you want further lessons, indicate..Lol
