For those who don't like to work out, I think it's time you start trying to ' get up and exercise'. For those who use 'time' as an excuse as to why they can't work out, u have plenty of it now 'get up and exercise'. 15minutes walk, jog, skip, bicycle ride, skating, swimming, stretching, even just walking up and down the steps can help burn out fat, free your tight muscle, circulate blood flow more.
